Workshops and Trainings
Workshops, Trainings, and Speaking Engagements
I provide trauma-informed, systems-based workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements for professionals, organizations, and groups working in complex and emotionally intense environments. With over 12 years of experience delivering trainings and conference presentations nationally and internationally (Nigeria, Uganda, and South Africa), my work bridges a Bowen Family Systems Theory framework with trauma-sensitive principles.
A central focus of my work is presenting the ways that anxiety moves through relational systems and how differentiation, boundaries, emotional regulation, and leadership presence can shape outcomes in high-stress circumstances. Trainings are grounded in current research and are designed to support professional and personal development, stir up systems thinking and curiosity, encourage ethical best practices, and promote continuing education.
