Consultation Sessions

I provide professional consultation services tailored to organizations supporting survivors of abuse and human trafficking; these can include safehomes, shelters, and community-based programs. I also provide consultations to counselors, teams, and organizations struggling with conflict management and relational dynamics, as well as professionals in the field who want to take a systems approach to navigating casework-related challenges. Consultations are offered in-person locally at our Cedar Park office, virtually online, or in-person on location. All prices listed below are for local sessions scheduled in-person at our Cedar Park office or virtually through the Sessions Health platform. On-site consultations are priced at a higher rate to account for travel expenses.

AVAILABLE SERVICES:

• Clinical Case Consultations: These are individual consultations designed for clinicians and professionals navigating specific challenges related to clinical work, professional work, or complex casework. These sessions are focused primarily on helping the individual clearly identify what they’re up against, get curious about their available resources, explore realistic pathways to solving the problem, and apply a systems-thinking lens to their circumstance.

  • Disclaimer: These consultations are not therapy and do not include LPC-A supervision toward LPC licensure.

    • Consultation Session: $175 per hour

    • 60-minute Consultation Package (3x sessions): $500

    • 60-minute Consultation Package (6x sessions): $1,000

• Organization/Workplace Consultations: These are individual or group consultations geared toward supporting organizations and businesses that are navigating difficult staff/resident relationship challenges, team conflicts, burnout and vicarious trauma, and leadership challenges. These sessions are focused on strengthening team functioning, leadership capacity, and organizational sustainability—particularly in settings serving vulnerable or high risk populations. Specialties include safehomes, nonprofit organizations, church organizations/ministries, and counseling centers.

  • Consultation Session: $225 per hour

  • Half-Day Consultation (3-4 hours): $850

  • Full-Day Consultation (6-7 hours): $1600

• Crisis Response and Safety Planning Consultations: These are individual or group consultations for high-risk situations, coordinated safety planning, interagency collaboration, and post-incident debriefing. These consultations are geared especially toward counter-trafficking organizations, but also other professionals specializing in trauma-sensitive care and higher risk populations. These consultations focus on engaging in thoughtful decision making in high anxiety situations, maintaining a systems perspective in crisis, assessing urgency and appropriate threat response, and exploring pathways for intentional and principled steps forward.
